This privacy policy applies to all mobile applications developed and operated by Bavya Health Services (BHSPL), including BHSPL Ops 108 (package name in.bhspl.ops108), 104 Citizen App, and related workforce management, field operations, and public health applications. These services are provided by Bavya Health Services as free operational and public health tools intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

When you download and use our applications, information is collected depending on the specific application features and required permissions:

• Device & Network Information: Internet Protocol (IP) address, operating system version, app usage duration, and crash logs.
• User Account Details: Phone Number, Employee ID / User Credentials, and Full Name required for authorized login and session management.

Location Data, Camera, and Audio Permissions

Certain BHSPL applications require specific hardware permissions to perform essential field duties and verification:

Precise Location (GPS)	Used in workforce and emergency response applications to geo-tag shift check-ins, employee attendance, and field inspection checklist submissions.
Camera Access	Used for Facial Recognition System (FRS) shift check-ins and attaching photo proof to field inspection checklists and operational reports.
Microphone & Audio	Used when users record audio or video evidence attached to field inspection checklists or incident reports.

How We Use Information

We use the collected information solely for official operational and public service purposes:

• To verify employee shift attendance and duty locations.
• To record and maintain vehicle, equipment, and facility digital checklists.
• To facilitate emergency response coordination and public health services.
• To send essential administrative notifications and operational updates.

Data Sharing and Privacy Safeguards

We respect your privacy and enforce strict data protection practices:

• No Commercial Sale: We do not sell, rent, trade, or share personal information or location logs with any third parties or commercial advertisers.
• Data Encryption: All data transmitted between the app and our central servers (ops.bhspl.in) is encrypted using standard Secure Sockets Layer / Transport Layer Security (SSL/TLS).
• Legal Disclosures: Information will only be disclosed if required by law or valid governmental orders.

Data Retention and Account Deletion

We retain user data for as long as you use the application and for a reasonable period thereafter to satisfy legal, statutory, and administrative audit requirements.

If you would like to request the deletion of your account and personal data, you can submit a request on our online deletion portal at https://ops.bhspl.in/account-deletion or email us directly at qualitycontrol@bhspl.in with your registered Employee ID / Phone Number.

Children's Privacy

Our workforce applications are strictly intended for authorized adult staff. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us for prompt removal.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by any BHSPL application at any time by uninstalling the application using standard device uninstallation options.
